EasyPay was founded in 2004 in Bulgaria as a part of Datamax Holding. The company is developing a financial system for money transfers and payment services under the name EasyPay, also a branch network of its own offices and partner offices all over Bulgaria.

The company has a License from the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) to provide services throughout the country.
